For Hard Copy Manuals:
If you purchase a hard copy of our health coach certification program, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The manual must be unopened and in its original condition.
- The Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
- You must not have accessed or used any portion of the e-manual. A usage percentage of 0% is required for a refund to be processed.
